Pre-Audit & Leakage Report
PHASE 01
Our auditors perform facility-based inspections to determine the current state of mechanical equipment while noting any noteworthy deficiencies that could affect system performance. Initial air volume testing provides actual air volume and air exchange readings for occupied spaces within the facility.
PHASE 02
Ductwork Rehabilitation
Results from our initial audit allow our engineering team to prepare an effective application design to remediate deficiencies and maximize system performance. Each facility is different thus requiring a unique plan to maximize airflow, while in turn, eliminating unnecessary energy waste.
Aerosolized Duct Sealing
PHASE 03
Following the design application for each facility, our certified technicians address deficiencies found in ductwork infrastructure before performing the aerosolized duct sealing application. Ducts are sealed from the inside out without any major disruption to the facility or operations.
Post-Audit & Validation
PHASE 04
Upon project completion, our auditors return to the facility to perform another round of testing in order to quantify the improvements in air volume and air exchange rates. Each facility receives a comprehensive energy report outlining the pre and post-project results.
